Electrical

We have in-depth experience and expertise in moulding for electrical and electronic products like Switchgears, Contactors, Relays, Switches, Tube lights, LED lights, CFL lights, MCCB, ACB, Fuse, Timers, Push button switches, Rotary switches, Adaptor housings, Power supply housings, etc. We have time-tested knowledge on raw materials, fitment needs, aesthetic requirements, handling of the parts and industry norms of supply chain management. We ensure compliance with the requirements of UL, CSA, RoHS as per the customer demands. We use electrical grade raw materials like PA6, PA66, PA46, PBT, PC, TPE, TPV, POM, PES, PPS with combinations of Glass filled, Mineral filled, Flame retardant, Long fibre filled and various blends of materials.

Consumer Products

We have a range of products for mobile chargers, electrical modular chargers, charging stations etc. which are produced in high volume low cost with great aesthetics. Special flame retardant grades of Polycarbonate and PC-ABS are generally used. Insert moulding using high quality inserts conforming to the requirements of Indian standards are used.

Electronics

We have extensive experience in manufacturing a large range of components for the electronics industry, such as electrical connectors, moulded plugs, enclosures and protective sleeving. We are adept at working with high precision and can deliver the care and attention necessary when working with sensitive electronics. We're very experienced with extremely small precision mouldings.
